We are a family-owned, local company in Utah striving to help others to achieve their goals. We live a Low Carb/ Keto Friendly Lifestyle in our daily lives and have witnessed the results first hand. Our family is more conscientious about what we put into our bodies, as we are not spared when it comes to health risks. We do our best to share recipes we have both found and created, to better help others live a more stress free and healthy lifesyle!
Our Services
We cook and prepare Keto meals that are LOW CARB, GLUTEN FREE, and SUGAR FREE. We portion out and meal prep to deliver to you! We provide food delivery of two meals a day for six days. We a have a Basic plan or a Custom plan that allows you to choose which meals you would like. We cook and deliver twice a week, Sunday and Wednesday, to better ensure the freshness of the food and not have it sitting in the fridge all week. We also offer Keto Cheesecake and Keto Pizza as add-ons to help with your sweet tooth and comfort food cravings!
Fast and Easy
Portioned keto meals that are packaged in microwave safe containers and delivered right to your door! Take away the stress and time associated with planning, shopping, cooking and cleaning! Take 1-2 minutes to heat up our meals in the microwave and you're done! Our containers are perfect for on-the-go as well and can be taken anywhere you need to be! So simple. So convenient.
